We can offer discounts to our regular prices when booking EPCs and floorplans for multiple properties. We have close relationships with estate agents, property management companies and private landlords and can offer reduced rates for regular or multiple bookings. We have experience with inspecting large projects such as blocks of flats, sheltered accommodation and council estates.
Once we have information on the number and/ or frequency of bookings, we can give a quote.
We can either give you time slots to make the bookings with the occupiers yourselves or we can also offer the service of contacting occupiers of the properties directly on behalf of the client to book in inspection times. We also include key collection within our price in case the property is vacant or the occupiers prefer not to be in for the energy efficiency survey. All data used for bookings is strictly confidential and never shared without permission from the client. We will keep in regular contact with clients to keep them informed throughout the process and deliver their requests quickly and efficiently.
